We opened Cloud Nine because Greenwich deserved a place to pause

It started with a simple idea: what if a coffee shop felt more like a living room than a transaction? When we opened our doors on Main Street, we wanted to create a space where the barista knows your order, where strangers become regulars, and where the coffee is genuinely good enough to make you stay.

Every pastry on our counter is baked before sunrise. Every cup of coffee is pulled with attention. And every chair at our table is an invitation — to work, to wander, or to simply sit and watch the morning unfold.
